Lorna is an international expert in Environment, Energy & Natural Resources Law with multiple years of experience in water & Sanitation, Oil & Gas sector. She previously worked in National Water and Sewage Corporation and her training at the University of Melbourne Australia in Energy and Natural Resources Law gave her an edge and expounded on her experience in this area.

Lorna’s focus areas are environment, energy and natural resources development projects and she heads the Energy & Natural Resources Department and directly supervises the Land Department of the firm. She provides legal advisory services on high value water and energy projects, performance improvement programmes for water sector and policy and advocacy work in international and local environment frameworks, environmental and natural resources policy development, project management, negotiations and dispute resolution.  She regularly consults and provides advisory services to multi organisations including the Government of Uganda and Ghana, private consultancies and donor agencies.

Lorna is passionate about Environmental conservation and regularly writes articles in her specialist fields and presents at seminars and training events.
